Your journey with us…

We understand that this is all new and can be a little daunting, that’s why we have put together a helpful timeline of what happens from the moment you enquire with us all the way up to the I do’s.

Get in touch.

Fill in our contact form giving as much detail as possible, we absolutely would love to hear about your day, and it helps us give you the most accurate quote. If we are not available you will recieve a handy list of recommendations.

Secure your date.

If you like what you see, let us know and we will send you a booking form and deposit invoice. This is also a great opportunity to ask us anything you may be unsure of. Once we have received your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation and a payment schedule for your reference.

Book your trial/preview.

Book your trial/preview as soon as possible, we get very busy so it is always good to get a date and time secured. Don’t worry, if you forget or are not able to do this immediately or it just feels a little too early to book yet, we will get in touch with you a a later date to arrange this.

We recommend your trial to be booked between 3 and 6 months before your wedding date. By this time, all the big decisions have usually been made and it helps us create a look for you in line with your vision.

Your first payment will be due 3 days before your trial/preview is due to take place.

At your trial/preview.

Your artist will confirm your wedding day details with you, discuss your ideas, how you usually wear your hair and makeup, along with all things wedding and create your dream look. We are very relaxed and would love nothing more than to make you feel comfortable and amazing for your big day, so if there is anything you would like to change, are unsure of or just have to have, let us know!

Your day is almost here…

Between your trial/preview and your big day, your artist will be in touch if they have any questions or need any other information from you to make sure your day runs smoothly. They will also get in touch to send over your morning prep schedule and let you know what time to expect them to arrive.

Your final payment will be due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Wedding day!

Your artist will arrive in plenty of time to set up and make a start according to the schedule. We are usually your wake up call, so we fully expect to see pajamas, unbrushed hair and no makeup, and that is perfectly fine with us, we are there to help you get wedding ready. Everyone will have a place on the schedule so they know when to be in the hair or makeup chair. Once we have completed all hair and/or makeup, we will stick around for any retouches and sometimes any other help you may possibly need, whether this is zipping up a dress or putting on shoes. We always aim for hair and makeup to be completed at least 1 hour before your ceremony time to allow time for getting dressed and photos. We will stay on hand right up until the ceremony time, or the moment you see your registrar.

Good to know- If you are seeing a registrar the meeting with them will usually be 15-20 minutes before your ceremony time.

Anytime.

If at anytime during this timeline you want to get in touch with us, whether it be to ask us a question, would like to discuss something or send us your wedding ideas, please do. We are available for you from the moment you make an enquiry to the moment you say I do (and beyond).
